Role Overview

Join our Zero-X project in Bali and be part of our global expansion in commercial execution, EU funding, and deep-tech R&D. As an EU Grant Writer, you will help us navigate and apply for critical EU and national funding opportunities. This role is essential for accelerating EU grant submissions and consortium formation. We offer significant international exposure, working with a diverse team on projects with a global footprint. This is an unpaid internship with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

- Write and coordinate EU and national grant proposals

- Develop work packages with technical teams

- Manage timelines, compliance, and submissions

- Research and draft grant proposals

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance

- Monitor timelines to ensure timely submissions



Role-relevant Skills

- Structured Thinking: You can translate complex project ideas into clear, compliant work packages, objectives, and deliverables aligned with EU call requirements.

- Attention to Detail: You ensure consistency across narratives, budgets, timelines, and partner roles to meet strict EU evaluation and compliance standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: You effectively gather, clarify, and align inputs from researchers, engineers, finance teams, and consortium partners.

- Analytical Reasoning: You assess call texts, evaluation criteria, and scoring logic to position proposals for maximum competitiveness.

- Time & Deadline Management: You manage multiple contributors and tight submission timelines while maintaining proposal quality and accuracy.

- Resilience & Adaptability: You handle feedback, rejections, and revisions constructively and can iterate proposals efficiently across funding rounds.
