Join our team in Bali and be part of projects spanning AI, sustainability, and international market expansion. As an AI-Driven Consultant, you will support real business operations using AI tools, automation systems, and structured execution frameworks across Spanish-speaking markets.

This role is highly execution-focused. You will not just analyze — you will build, test, and implement AI-driven workflows into real business environments.

Precision, structure, and attention to detail are critical.

This is an unpaid internship with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects across business strategy, operations, and international expansion
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve business processes
• Use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, data tools) to accelerate research, reporting, and execution
• Conduct deep research and transform findings into structured, AI-assisted insights
• Build AI-assisted reports, presentations, and execution plans with high precision
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Support development of AI-integrated business models and operational frameworks
• Review and validate outputs generated by AI systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Coordinate across teams to integrate AI into daily workflows and decision-making
• Maintain structured documentation and optimize processes using AI tools

Role-relevant Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Consulting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
• AI Literacy: You understand how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation tools, etc.) to improve workflows
• Structured Thinking: You can break complex problems into logical systems and workflows
• Attention to Detail: You verify AI outputs, catch inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy
• Analytical Reasoning: You can combine human judgment with AI-assisted insights
• Execution Discipline: You can move from idea → system → implementation
• Stakeholder Communication: You can translate technical and AI concepts into clear business language
• Time & Deadline Management: You deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
• Adaptability: You can quickly learn and integrate new AI tools and systems
